**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

**Performance Goals**:Strive to meet or exceed daily placement objectives and monthly revenue targets.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Proven track record as a recruiter, specializing in targeted areas.

**Research Aptitude**:Exceptional research and analysis skills to uncover hidden talent gems.

**Communication Skills**: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills**.**

**Team Player**:Ability to excel independently and as part of a collaborative team**.**

**Targets for IC**:
**Monthly**:To generate 5x revenue of your monthly CTC.
