- Coordination with client companies on resumes mailed and feedback.
- Business development with client companies for new and repeat positions and meeting their requirements.
- On the job training for following and working as per the SOPs, Process Systems, Formats, etc.
- Any Graduate, Preferably MBA in HR (Part Time or DLP or Full time), having 1 to 4 years of experience in working for Recruitment firm preferably Pharma & Chemicals Companies.
- You should have knowledge of Computers & working on Job Portal & Linked In.
- Attractive salary, Monetary Incentive & Gold incentive are offered.
