Paudhe Se Yaari, a leading home garden store and nature-inspired studio based in South India, is seeking a Store Sales Associate for their outlets in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

As a Store Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our unique range of plants and products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Responsibilities**:
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service by answering their questions, recommending products, and helping them find what they need.

Maintain an expert knowledge of our products and their benefits to be able to assist customers with their queries.

Assist customers with the selection and purchase of plants, garden accessories and decor.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and replenishing products, dusting and tidying up displays, and keeping the checkout area clean.

Contribute to the store’s sales goals by achieving personal sales targets, and promoting special offers and events to customers.

Handle cash and card payments using POS machines and reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of the day.

Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the home gardening and biophilic design industry.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively with team members.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work on weekends, holidays and flexible hours.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,762.12 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
