We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** with a proven track record in telecalling to join our team. If you are a female professional with at least 1 year of sales experience and exceptional communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to active our customers.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market penetration.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in handling sales conversations.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- **Education**: Any graduate.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
