**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from potential customers.

Provide detailed information about credit card/Loans products and services.

Achieve a talk time of at least 2 hours per day.

Answer customer queries and address their concerns effectively.

Persuade potential customers to purchase our credit card/Loans products.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:
A laptop or a reliable computer with a stable internet connection.

USB headphone (the company will reimburse ₹250 for the purchase).

Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Basic computer skills.
