Job Description:

- Ability to design Wireframe and create high fidelity prototypes
- Understand and successfully deliver designs that meet measurable criteria
- Facilitate discussions and presentations for both working and delivery purposes
- Ability to address change with flexibility and ease
- Be aware of, and ideally experienced in design thinking methodologies
- Work within a cross-functional team and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly. An excitement to grow and a professional.
- Passion for UX design and intuitive empathy for everyday users.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Confidence in stepping up into a mentoring position

Desired Skills:

- Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors Engineering, UX design or equivalent
- 2-3+ years design, development or prototyping experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing usable interfaces for popular web based products.
- Body of design work demonstrating a strong design process with interaction design skills.
- Excellent design, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Sketch, InVision or Adobe XD experience is preferred
