Job Title: Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Location: Bhiwandi

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Experience: 4-5 years

Education: Graduate required

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of books and publications.

2. Maintain inventory control, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure mínimal discrepancies.

3. Oversee order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics partners for smooth distribution.

4. Implement best warehouse management practices to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.

5. Monitor warehouse staff performance, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding storage, handling, and shipment of books.

7. Use WMS or ERP systems to track inventory, generate reports, and improve efficiency.

8. Work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

9. Handle vendor coordination, budget management, and process improvement initiatives.

**Key Skills Required**:
Warehouse operations & inventory management experience in the publishing or book distribution industry.

Proficiency in WMS, ERP, or Excel for stock tracking and reporting.

Leadership & team management skills.

Ability to analyze warehouse data and implement operational improvements.

Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and vendor management.
