NPS Jalahalli is looking for laboratory supervisors who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a laboratory. They ensure that all testing and analysis is performed according to established protocols, and they may also be involved in developing new methods or techniques for analyzing samples.

Lab supervisors must be trained science graduates with experience in school laboratories, have strong leadership skills, and have an aptitude for problem solving.
- **Responsibilities **:_
- Supervising staff members to ensure that they are performing their tasks correctly
- Conducting research and development on new products or equipment
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed in the lab
- Managing budgets and funds to ensure they are adequate for the lab’s needs
- communicating with other department heads to ensure that all work is completed on time.
- Writing a report based on data analysis of experiment findings
- maintaining an inventory of supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Providing technical support to scientists as needed
- Quality control is being monitored to ensure that all results are correct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
