**About the Role**

We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy **AI-Powered Designer** to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technology, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate and enhance the design process across brand, product, and user experience. You will use AI to ideate, prototype, and iterate faster—bringing bold concepts to life while maintaining human-centered design principles.

**Responsibilities**
- Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly) to generate visual concepts, branding assets, product designs, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to translate business objectives into impactful designs.
- Rapidly prototype UX/UI solutions with the help of AI and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows to improve design speed and consistency.
- Create visual storytelling assets, presentations, and branded content enhanced by generative AI.
- Stay up to date with the latest in AI design tools, trends, and ethical practices.
- Train and fine-tune AI tools where applicable to align with brand tone and style.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual language across all touchpoints.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, product design, UX/UI, or related fields.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically advanced design work.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for visual outputs (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
- Bonus: Experience with motion design, 3D modeling, or generative art.

**Nice to Have**
- Coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Python).
- Familiarity with machine learning or data visualization.
- Experience building AI models or working with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Stability).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
