**Job description**

We are looking to bring a Female **eCommerce Customer Support Executive **onto our team. In this role you will help to answer customer queries, triage problem, explain the functioning of products. The eCommerce Customer Support Executive is responsible for Managing Customer support list, answer queries over chat/phone, list issues faced by customer, on various ecommerce platforms (like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Tata 1 mg,& HOUZAIDE website), interact with customers to provide timely resolution to their query for both offline and online channel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a best-in-class eCommerce experience that engages our customers at every stage of the lifecycle, drives superior results, and delights our customers.
- Devise strategies that harness both customer and organizational-related insights and prevailing standards to encourage sales while driving growth in markets.
- Review customer feedback and to ideate how we can create experiences that not only accommodate but amaze our customers.
- Coordinate and conduct regular business performance reviews; contribute with market and competitor insights to improve business performance.
- Serve as a thought partner for key stakeholders on driving and deepening customer loyalty with a thoughtful and engaging customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
- English fluency

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance

Work Location: One location
