We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales and enhancing brand visibility for our products on platform.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to optimize product visibility, increase sales, and drive traffic on different platform.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Create and manage advertising campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads, to maximize ROI.

Optimize product listings by utilizing effective keywords, product descriptions, and images to improve search rankings and conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Amazon touchpoints.

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithms, policies, and industry trends to proactively adapt marketing strategies and drive business success.

Identify opportunities for promotional activities, such as discounts, coupons, and giveaways, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors, as necessary, to support marketing initiatives.

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience in Amazon marketing and advertising, with a track record of successfully driving sales and improving brand visibility on the platform.

Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising tools, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Prior experience in e-commerce and familiarity with other online marketplaces is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
