Bengaluru, India Reva University Full time

1) Should plan, organize, control, coordinate with Centralized stores management with Sub-stores & its related activities.

2) Monitoring the issue of stores material with proper authorization, right quantity and in right time.

3) Monitoring the proper records & storing a records of receipt, issue and balance of items / materials which need to be arrived to store.

4) Protect material from loses, theft, obsolescence etc

5) Store the materials in allocated place & displaying the products in an easy-to-locate manner.

6) Monitoring & helping in Intra and inter campus deliveries of furniture & stores materials as requested.

7) Monitoring the process of segregating & storing the Good products & assets, Repairable products & assets, Scrap products & assets. Often scrapping the scrap products with proper approvals.

8) Monitoring of implementing complete ERP solutions of central Stores & central Infrastructure management. (knowledge of SAP stores, purchase, maintaining Infrastructure details in ERP is an added advantage).

9) Monitoring Annual stock takes of Assets, consumables, NRGP & RGP Gate pass.

10) Advise management of absolute and slow moving stock.

11) Execute general control over all activities in stores department likes store receipt, issue & consumption of materials.

12) Ensure stock does not exceed maximum level or below minimum level (setting maximum & minimum order levels of stock).

13) Maintaining Infrastructure details in ERP.

14) Justification for product purchase & its optimum usage etc need to be communicated to top management.

15) Need to provide entire university inventory & stock reports & other reports to top management whenever they request.

16) Initiate Administration purchase requisition for replacement of stocks of all required items.

17) Daily monitoring overall stores & indenting & purchasing & creating reports of the same.

18) Providing logistics assistance to cultural programs & other programs of university.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
