**Hiring Store Executive**

**Job Overview**

Seeking a skilled Store Executive with a background in construction materials and various construction aspects. The Store Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining all materials, tools, and equipment for construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all construction materials, tools, and equipment in the inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, track usage, and reorder supplies as needed.

**Material Receiving**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of materials and equipment deliveries.
- Ensure that all items received match the purchase orders.

**Material Issuing**:

- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to construction teams as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all issuances and returns.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control processes to ensure materials meet specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with received materials.

**Construction Materials Knowledge**:

- Possess knowledge of construction materials, including their types, uses, and storage requirements.
- Provide guidance to the construction team on material selection.

**Structure, Finishing, Plumbing, and Electrical**:

- Manage and store materials related to various construction aspects, including structure, finishing, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ensure that materials are readily available for each phase of the project.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records and documentation of all inventory-related activities.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status and consumption.

**Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of the storage area and its contents.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents or theft.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in materials management is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Store Executive, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and their storage requirements.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
