**Job Summary**: The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property operations, managing leasing activities, and ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the company's real estate portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to develop and implement effective property management strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s real estate properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and resolving tenant issues to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and real estate operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for property leasing and sales.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property management professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate management, with a track record of successful property management and tenant relations.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law, property management principles, and market trends.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Real Estate License or certification (e.g., CPM, RPA) is a plus.
- Experience with commercial real estate or large residential portfolios.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Familiarity with investment property analysis and real estate investment strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
