**What you'll get to do...**
- You will provide technical leadership, identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks and incorporate them into the team's workflow and processes.
- You will coordinate large scale and complex machine learning projects in production and cooperate with various teams to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.
- You will collaborate extensively with internal partners, program management, and engineering team to ensure that solution meet business needs, permit valid inferences and have functional feasibility.
- You will communicate results in a comprehensible manner to all levels of the company.
- You will mentor junior scientists in the team.

**Your experience should include...**
- 5+ years of industrial experience in deep learning and software development, with strong algorithm design skills.
- Hands-on experience with Deep Neural Network technologies, LLMs, and agentic AI.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with machine learning platforms (e.g., PyTorch) and AWS.
- Familiarity with large-scale data analytics (e.g., Spark) and an MS or PhD or equivalent experience in computer science or a related quantitative field is required.
