About the Role :We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist in Gurgaon to lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end model development, from research and prototyping to production deployment, directly impacting our core business intelligence and customer-facing products.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and validation of complex Machine Learning models and predictive analytics systems.- Focus on research and application of Generative AI (LLMs) and Deep Learning techniques to solve novel business problems.- Develop and productionize models using Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).- Implement best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous training.- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined data science and engineering tasks.- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into the final product.Required Skills :- 8+ years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering, with a strong research background (MS/PhD preferred).- Expert proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.- In-depth knowledge of Deep Learning and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.- Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs).- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform).- Strong statistical modeling, data analysis, and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
