Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver training programs: Create and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs, including curriculum development, course materials, and hands-on exercises.

3. Develop training materials: Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support the training programs.

4. Conduct training sessions: Conduct training sessions, either in-person or online, and provide feedback and support to students.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and update training programs accordingly.

6. Evaluate training programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaborate with other teams: Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.

**Requirements**:
2. Teaching or training experience: Experience teaching or training adults, either in a classroom or online setting.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

5. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends: Ability to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Nice to Have:
1. Certifications in digital marketing: Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications.

2. Experience with learning management systems: Experience with learning management systems, such as Moodle or Canvas.

3. Experience with online training platforms: Experience with online training platforms, such as Udemy or Teachable.
