Reputed Company in Qatar is Looking for Lab chemist for Lubricant manufacturing unit in Qatar.
- Monitors the entire production process which includes Laboratory testing.
- Awareness of ISO / IMS Objectives, Policy, benefits of following the established management system as well as implications if not complying with the requirements.
- Inspect Blending and Filling operations conducting testing of Incoming raw materials, batch samples, filling samples and other samples from sales team & purchase department and giving analysis report making test reports as per guidelines of quality manager.
- Ensures the periodic inspection of raw materials, testing the blended and finished lubricating oil products which comply with international standards.
- Responsible for conducting inspection (lab test) for all raw materials and finished products and reporting to Quality manager for further processes and approvals.
- Responsible and accountable for maintaining Product retention samples of all tested item as per the defined retention period.
- Responsible and accountable for Equipment's cleanliness, calibrations, and any malfunction to be reported on time to quality manager.
- Make sure each test reports are entered in logbooks and maintained for future referrals. Initiate CAPA according to guidelines from quality manager in case of customer complaints/ nonconformities related to product quality.
- Ensure Segregation of hazardous waste in the laboratory and its disposal in compliance with applicable legal requirement done on time. Responsible for Maintaining, updating, and passing ISO certification.
