Looking for a back-office/ office coordinator role for Gurgaon.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:
1.⁠ ⁠Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems or databases.

2.⁠ ⁠Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required.

**Documentation and Filing**:
1.⁠ ⁠Manage and organize records, files, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval.

2.⁠ ⁠Handle correspondence, invoices, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Operational Support**:
1.⁠ ⁠Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.

2.⁠ ⁠Handle inventory tracking, procurement processes, and related administrative tasks.

**Client and Vendor Coordination**:
2.⁠ ⁠Ensure all necessary backend support is provided for client and vendor transactions.

**Process Improvement**:
1.⁠ ⁠Identify inefficiencies in back-office processes and suggest improvements.

2.⁠ ⁠Implement changes after consultation with the relevant teams.

**Compliance and Reporting**:
1.⁠ ⁠Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all backend operations.

2.⁠ ⁠Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

**Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks**:
1.⁠ ⁠Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing travel arrangements.

2.⁠ ⁠Handle petty cash and assist with basic accounting tasks, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
