**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Network and establish strong client relationships, facilitating interactions and meetings with various associations and groups (SME, MSME, Developers, Trading activities, Hospitals).
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
- Generate new business leads and explore growth opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing strategies across sales, financial, and public relations departments to ensure alignment.
- Manage and supervise the Sales & Marketing team, providing leadership and guidance.
- Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual reports to senior management on the department's performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business Administration preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
