Pharmacy Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
- Drive sales by promoting pharmaceutical products and services to customers.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff to maintain a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including proper handling of prescriptions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Proven experience in sales and pharmacy operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
