**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate in the F B Service department, reporting to the Senior Captain/Captain, plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by executing assigned activities and adhering to established duties. This position involves maintaining a professional appearance, assisting guests with seating, and managing table arrangements. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for taking and serving orders according to set standards, assembling and picking up food orders, and ensuring clean and tidy tables after the main course. Timely execution of all serving activities and addressing guest needs promptly are key aspects of this role, with the ultimate goal of maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

**Established Duties**:

- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
- Follow the mission statement of the establishment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with established standards.
- Assist guests in finding appropriate seating as per standards.
- Set up tables to accommodate the correct number of guests.
- Take and serve orders according to established standards.
- Follow standards for assembling and picking up food orders.
- Ensure tables are clean and tidy after the main course.
- Execute all serving activities within prescribed time limits.
- Meet guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
