A Sampling Merchandiser in garment manufacturing oversees the entire garment sampling process, from initial design concepts to final sample approval, ensuring timely and accurate production of samples. They act as a liaison between designers, production teams, and buyers, facilitating communication and ensuring samples meet design specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- **Sampling Development**:Oversee the entire sampling process, from initial design concepts to final sample approval, ensuring timely and accurate production of samples.
- **Communication**:Act as a communication hub between designers, production teams, and buyers, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations and facilitating feedback loops.
- **Design Interpretation**:Translate design concepts and buyer requirements into detailed sample specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- **Sample Production Coordination**: Work with pattern makers and sampling tailors to produce accurate and high-quality samples.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor sample development, conduct quality checks, and ensure samples meet design specifications and quality standards.
- **Sample Management**: Manage sample storage, organization, and shipping to buyers for approval.
- **Costing and Negotiation**:Assist in determining sample costs and negotiating with suppliers and vendors, if applicable.
- **Production Follow-Up**:Follow up with the production team to ensure samples align with the envisioned design and quality standards.
- **Value-Added Processes**:Oversee value-added processes like printing and embroidery, if required.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with designers, master tailors, production, and quality teams to ensure high-quality samples, according to Hundredclothes.
- **Buyer Communication**:Communicate with buyers, address their feedback, and ensure samples meet their requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
