**About the role**:
This role will require high level of passion, expertise and knowledge and will be responsible for developing and creating unique and innovative cocktail and mocktail recipes as also providing an exceptional experience to clients while conducting product demonstrations at hotels, restaurants, and cafes to generate sales orders for the company.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Develop and create unique and innovative cocktail and mocktail recipes using our high-quality ingredients.
- Manage ordering and maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide an exceptional experience by recommending cocktails and mocktails, and engaging in conversation.
- Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador Chef to create pairings for menu items.
- Conduct product demonstrations at hotels, restaurants, and cafes to generate sales orders for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- An IHM Graduate preferably

3+ years of experience in relevant field

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communicator and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to service (which encourages repeat business)
- Focused on creating a memorable experience for patrons, both in service and drinks
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Proven track record of creating unique and innovative cocktails and mocktails.

Track record of achieving business targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
