In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with Change the future with us: Ask HR team in India acts a face of HR to the Siemens employee, candidate joining Siemens and employees retired from Siemens through call, email and chatbot. Team is the interface between the HR operations and the other HR expert team. Ask HR team response to all the enquiries from the employee’s and place the order to the back office team for the inputs received from the other HR expert team. Ask HR team is also into lot of improvements like getting into digitalization, automation in a fast, continuously changing environment without any compromises in turnaround time and quality. - Manage employee queries on call & email - Experience in tolls designed for handling emails via case or order system and IVR tool - Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA - Knowledge in SAP HR & Nexus, Workday would be an added advantage - Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team We don’t need superheroes, just super minds - Good Understanding on the ticketing tool. - Knowledge on KPIs - Communication Skills Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
