Global Product Integration - Product Onboarding Support

Overview

The Global Product Integration (GPI) team is a global team within the Customer Delivery organization.

With a focus on new technology, products and services, the Global Product Integration team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality, and predictability. GPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.

Product Onboarding Gold Standards are focused on creating a consistent Mastercard-level product onboarding experience for our customers. It is a set of tools and guidelines for creating the best possible product onboarding and implementation experiences for our customers.

Product onboarding support will assist in the roll out of the Product Onboarding Gold Stands across the Mastercard organisation, by supporting our product teams in assessing their onboarding experience and providing recommended improvements, that will result in a positive customer and employee implementation experience.

Role & responsibilities
- Support the assessment of the product onboarding experience across Mastercard suite of products
- Provide 1st line support on queries related to the product onboarding gold standards
- Monitor, track, and report on products progress through the product onboarding gold standards assessment
- Partner with the global product owners to outline areas of improvements based on assessment results
- Contribute to the creation of best practice product onboarding materials
- Gather feedback from product teams to aid in improvements to the standards and assessment process

- Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the internal business partners, at varying levels of management
- Must be high-energy, comfortable with uncertainty, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing an active mailbox, and managing responses
- Experience in onboarding customers to products and services
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and to work flexible hours as needed to support global teams
