**Looking for Customer Service Executive**, for a UK Ecommerce process based out of Jogeshwari West in Mumbai.

Experience
- 6 months to 1yr in a voice process.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Delivery of top-class customer service to all of our valued customers
- Handling customer complaints and working with internal & external partners to resolve any issues
- Proactively providing customers with the status of their orders.
- Gather post-sales feedback from customers.
- Convert inquiry into a sale.
- Document all customer interactions and update required trackers.
- Recommend products to meet the customers’ needs and upsell.
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jogeshwari West, Mumbai - 400102, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
