**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with a strong sense of background music and visual rhythm. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished content that engages, informs, and entertains our audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Edit high-quality video content for social media, digital ads, reels, event coverage, and brand campaigns.

Design and animate motion graphics, transitions, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and other visual elements.

Sync background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance video storytelling.

Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.

Ensure content is optimized for different formats (e.g. 9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Manage and organize project files, media assets, and edits efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, visual trends, and social media styles.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop and Audition are a plus).

Strong sense of background music selection, timing, and audio-visual harmony.

Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Passion for creative storytelling and digital content.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:
Experience in animation, 2D/3D graphics, or cinematic editing styles.

Knowledge of tools like DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.

Interest in photography, event coverage, or branded content production.
