Job Title: Motion Graphic Artist Job Type: Full Time, Contract Contract Duration: November to March Monthly Salary: Up to INR 50,000 per month Working Days: Monday - Friday Total Experience: 1–3 years Bonus Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Adobe XD, UI/UX knowledge Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphic Artist with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects to create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and multimedia designs for digital and e-learning projects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong storytelling abilities, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Motion Graphics & Design Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphic assets using Adobe After Effects. Develop videos, explainer animations, transitions, openers, overlays, kinetic typography, and storyboards. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, color palettes, and visual playbooks. Review, refine, and provide feedback on visual and animated assets. Timelines & Quality Estimate timelines accurately and ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks. Maintain strict adherence to project quality guidelines and review standards. Team Collaboration Delegate tasks and coordinate effectively with designers, animators, and cross-functional teams. Communicate efficiently with US clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Skills Required Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory: 1–4 years). Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and Adobe XD. Ability to create and review assets for print, web, video, and multimedia. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and current design trends. Capable of creating style guides, storyboards, visual concepts, typography systems, and color palettes. Good understanding of grid systems, wireframes, golden ratio, and Gestalt laws. Ability to critique animations and provide constructive feedback. Language & Communication Strong command of English with excellent reading comprehension and vocabulary. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and US counterparts. Soft Skills Attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and adherence to standards and checklists. Tech-savvy, quick learner, and open to adopting new tools and workflows. Evaluation Criteria Technical Assignment Final Interview Education Diploma/Bachelor’s in Visual Arts, Applied Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or Visual Communication. Graduate/Postgraduate in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or similar fields.
