**Job Decription**:
The IT Marketing & Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling IT products, services, and solutions to potential clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The IT Marketing & Sales Representative will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's IT products, services, and solutions. Create persuasive presentations tailored to clients' needs, highlighting the value proposition of the offerings.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to solve clients' IT-related problems.
- **Sales Strategy Development**:Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies. Customize sales approaches based on client segments and individual client needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and secure contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM software. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for sold solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on software, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Justdial appication and sales tracking.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience - 1 to 2 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Kapoorthala, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
