We are hiring a skilled **Business Development Manager** with 5+ years of experience to drive growth and lead.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to discover and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage business development projects, ensuring effective use of resources and timelines.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Handle sales forecasting, planning, and maintain accurate sales records.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development with strong lead generation expertise.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, proposal creation, and presentation skills.

**Job Location
- Amritsar (In Person)**

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:
