Join us as an Investigator, Associate
- We’re looking for someone to identify risks and control weaknesses in our business and processes while providing clear, constructive recommendations for related improvements
- You’ll be providing proactive, effective, and efficient support to the investigation team and undertaking a range of investigation activities
- Join a supportive, forward-looking team and hone your problem-solving skills by taking on a new challenge in a fast-paced environment
- This role is available at associate level

**What you’ll do**:
As an Investigator, Associate, you’ll be allocated matters that have been referred to Litigation & Investigations for investigation, spanning a variety of sensitive internal incidents.

Under the supervision of a Senior or Managing Investigator, you’ll use a variety of tools to lead and conduct high-quality, timely, robust, internal investigations into these matters. You’ll then reach sound evidence-based conclusions that are clearly communicated for the benefit of our key stakeholders.

You’ll also be:

- Developing, maintaining, and leveraging internal relationships throughout investigations
- Providing a clear, substantiated opinion of investigation outcomes and sharing these with key stakeholders
- Advising and challenging at any stage of the investigation to improve quality
- Providing ongoing feedback and a written summary to colleagues and team members

To be successful in this role, you’ll need the ability to make informed recommendations with sound reason.

- A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and to deliver on time
- The ability to exercise discretion accordingly with high levels of personal integrity
