**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain various forex and remittance services including currency exchange, prepaid cards, wire transfers, etc.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, explain pricing and policies, and provide tailored solutions.
- Update CRM tools with all customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve customer offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Forex, Financial Services, or BFSI sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of currency markets, exchange rates, and financial products is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
