Maintain record of architectural, structural, MEP, landscape and interior drawings

Check structural and MEP drawing with respect to architectural drawing

Prepare sketch drawings for site clarifications

Maintain record of GFC drawings

Issue GFC drawings on site

Prepare architectural drawings as instructed by Architect

Prepare drawings for site logistics

Work out RERA, BUA and Construction areas as instructed by the architect

Check Approval drawing with respect to latest architectural drawings

Prepare and review drawings for MOEF and other approvals

Maintain record of all approvals

Prepare sale unit plans for registration

Check interior layouts of customer with respect to architectural and municipal drawing

Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate degree or certification in architectural drafting or a related field.

Proven experience as an architectural draftsman, with knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and coordinate drawing issuance.

Familiarity with regulatory approval processes and documentation. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in drawings. Effective communication skills for collaboration within the design team.
