**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and innovative designs that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product.
- Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and translate them into engaging design concepts.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality designs for various marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, Assets for Websites and App and presentations.
- Develop illustrations or vector graphics that enhance the visual impact of our product.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs align with the product's visual identity and guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of design projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
- Provide input and feedback to improve the overall user experience of the product's visual elements.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to create illustrations or vector graphics.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.

**Good to have**:

- Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Ability to create animations or motion graphics.
- Understanding of front-end development and web design principles.
- Familiarity with creating visual identities and branding.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Knowledge of Canva.
