**Job Overview: Counselor at Flykon Airhostess & Hospitality Academy**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to address emotional, academic, or social issues.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions and workshops on topics like stress management, relationship building, and career planning.
- Perform assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate support services.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure early identification and intervention for students in distress.
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of counseling sessions in accordance with institute policies and ethical guidelines.
- Develop and implement wellness programs to promote student well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention services and develop crisis response plans.
- Act as a liaison between students and external mental health resources when specialized care is required.
- Participate in professional development and training to stay current with counseling best practices and emerging trends.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote counseling services and reduce stigma around mental health issues.

**Qualifications**
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Relevant licensure or certification as a counselor, psychologist, or social worker.
- Proven experience in a counseling role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population and foster an inclusive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
