About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Admissions Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our center by managing walk-ins, generating new leads through calling, and handling daily administrative tasks. If you’re an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for education, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
1. Walk-in Management:

- Greet and counsel prospective students and their parents, providing detailed information about Genesis Educates’ programs.
- Address inquiries and ensure a seamless admissions process.

2. Lead Generation:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inquiries to drive admissions.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective students and parents.

3. Admissions Process:

- Guide students through the admission process, ensuring all documentation is complete.

4. Center Operations:

- Manage day-to-day activities at the center, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain high service standards.

5. Marketing Support:

- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and events to attract more students.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing and outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education-related preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions or counseling roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for working in the education sector.
