**Responsibilities**:

- Create Design Validation Plan for Refrigerator unit & its subassemblies.
- Conduct DVP as per project timeline, coordinate with test executives to conduct test, provide them training and guidance. Must have experience in working on NPD, Change Requests (ECN/PCN/SCN etc).
- Issue test report to stake holders, conduct testing review meetings with stake holders. Should have experience in working with PLM. Maintain the data tracibility.
- Test data analysis, Field / Internal Testing failure root cause analysis, trouble shooting with design, manufacturing, quality and sourcing team. Test Data management.
- Generate ideas for test automation, test monitoring, test data acquisition and develop instrumentation to improve testing and data acquisition capability,
- Benchmarking competitor products for performance and durability. Understanding of Regulatory & Compliance requirements. Active participation in DFMEA,PFMEA,DFM and DFR activities
- Design and develop new methodologies for Accelerated life testing for reliability of motor, electronics and other components

**Qualification**:

- Strong knowledge in Electrical and electronics Engineering
- Strong knowledge and know how of Refrigeration and Air conditioning
- Microsoft Office.
- Good Analytical thinking.
- Accelerated Life Testing(ALT)

**Added advantage**
- PLC for mechanical test automation.
- Programming knowledge(Python/Excel VBA/MATLAB etc)
- Knowledge of Reliability analysis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- end to end testing of Refrigerator: 6 years (required)
