Digital Marketing Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, webinars, and seminars both in-person and online. Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
- **Content Creation**: Create educational materials such as presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments to support training programs. Keep content updated to reflect the latest industry trends and advancements.
- **Individual Coaching**: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to learners, offering personalized guidance and feedback to help them improve their digital marketing skills and achieve their goals.
- **Industry Research**: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, including new technologies, tools, algorithms, and regulations. Incorporate relevant industry insights into training programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**: Assess the progress and performance of learners through assignments, quizzes, projects, and evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to help learners maximize their potential.
- **Client Consultation**: Consult with clients to understand their specific training needs and objectives. Customize training programs accordingly to address their unique requirements and challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or coaching is highly desirable.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
