Educational Qualification
- B.TECH CSE/ BSC IT/ MSC IT./MCA/ BCA.

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in respective IT Background

Desired competencies -Basic hands on experience in MS- SQL, MY- SQL, Windows OS, Knowledge of Linux, Basic knowledge of PRI, Basic networking knowledge,knowledge of GPS technology etc is highly appreciable..

Job Responsibilities
*Basic analysis and resolution
*Hands on experience in end to end desktop and server support, OS installation/configuration/troubleshooting.
*Must have basic knowledge in Active directory and group policy
*Hands on experience in Microsoft outlook configuration and other mail configuration.
Co-ordination and ensuring call and ticket closure.
*Daily data backup and restore
*Hands on experience in Antivirus configuration and troubleshooting.
*Hands on experience in firewall.
Basic
*Hands on experience on printer installation and troubleshooting
*Working experience with Dell and HP servers
