**Job Title**: Marketing and PR Coordinator **Role Overview**:
A **Marketing and PR Coordinator** acts as the link between the organization, the public, and the media. They support the marketing and communications team by organizing campaigns, coordinating events, managing content calendars, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all public-facing platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish posts; monitor engagement and trends.
- **Website Updates**: Manage content updates and ensure SEO best practices.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or social insights.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

**PR (Public Relations) Responsibilities**:

- **Press Releases**: Draft and distribute press releases and media pitches.
- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, webinars, and trade shows.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent messaging and brand image in all public communications.
- **Crisis Communication Support**: Assist in drafting responses or managing reputation issues when required.
- **Influencer & Partnership Outreach**: Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers and strategic partners.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organization and multitasking
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Understanding of media relations and digital marketing
- Creativity and attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
