We are just 2.5 hours away from Mumbai, 1.5 hours from Pune and 45 mins from Lonavala. We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ 9 rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Job Type/Location: Remote/WFH

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional with 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing & PR to join our team. The role requires strong communication skills an eye for detail and the ability to multitask across PR, influencer collaborations, marketing campaigns and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

2. Design and develop engaging social media creatives using Canva

3.Coordinate with vendors, models, photographers, and production teams for marketing shoots and content creation.

4. Create high-quality reels and short-form video content to boost engagement and reach.

5. Move and manage leads from marketing platforms to sales teams.

6. Handle campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and file organization.

7. Manage campaign optimization and performance analysis to identify gaps.

8. Take ownership of marketing initiatives and contribute actively to overall brand growth and visibility.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

1. 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, or related fields.

2.Strong coordination and organizational skills.

3. Proficiency in Canva and understanding of creative design principles.

4. Solid grasp of social media marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement techniques.

5. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

6. A proactive, creative, and ownership-driven mindset.
