**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend meetings (online/offline) and take detailed, accurate notes.
- Draft and format the **Minutes of Meeting (MOM)** promptly after each session.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all MOMs (digital and physical, as needed).
- Share MOMs with concerned stakeholders after necessary approvals.
- Follow up on action points and deadlines mentioned in the meetings.
- Maintain a centralized register or tracker for all meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data and updates required for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in administration or office management).
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs).
- 1-2 years of experience in office admin or clerical work preferred (freshers can also apply).
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to capture key discussion points.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Punctual, professional, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with defined timelines.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with various teams.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
