As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Assistant**based in India to join our team **on-site.**
We’re looking for a driven **Sales Assistant** to help grow our business in the auto transport industry. You’ll generate new leads, manage accounts, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, research, and follow-ups.
- Explain the benefits of our services, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Provide accurate pricing quotes and assist customers in booking shipments.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring smooth coordination and continued partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, update customer information, and document all interactions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reports, and dealership coordination.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure shipments are handled efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales for at least 5 years or more (preferably in logistics, transportation, or automotive industries).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Ability to think creatively and overcome obstacles to close sales and provide the best service to clients.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- 10-hour per day
- 8AM to 6PM EST
- Aligns with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
