We are looking for a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for hospital chain based out of Chandigarh.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Ø Supervising, monitoring & controlling all secretarial work of KPGI and its subsidiaries as required under Indian Company Law and vetting, review & checking of all secretarial docs including e-Forms.

Ø Taking care of all compliance regarding Foreign Direct Investment under FEMA and its regulation including RBI Compliance.

Ø Preparation of work chart for Company Secretary.

Ø Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent changes.

Ø To ensure Company and centers are abiding with all the rules and regulation which are applicable to it including Central & State Laws.

Ø To make Companies and Centres completely compliant with all applicable Laws including Central & State Laws.

Ø To ensure Company is abiding with all Health Care Laws, PNDT, ultrasound compliance, Fire Safety,Pharmacy.

Ø To Manage AERB Regulations and Norms

Ø To take care of TPA empanelment’s and ECHS.

Ø Developing the annual compliance work plan that reflects the institution's highest risks that will be monitored by the compliance function as determined by conducting a mandatory annual risk assessment using an enterprise wide approach.

Ø Preparation of list of labour laws applicable to Company and ensuring its compliance.

Ø Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program.

Ø Periodically revising the program in light of changes in the needs of the organization, and in the law and policies and procedures of government.

Ø Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.

Ø Responding to government investigations and queries as the principal point of contact.

Ø Independently investigating and acting on matters related to compliance, including the flexibility to design and coordinate internal investigations and any resulting corrective actions with all health system departments, providers and sub-providers, agents and, if appropriate, independent contractors

Ø Monitoring internal and external audit review processes, maintains awareness of compliance issues, and in conjunction with the Chairman and senior management, responds to administrative inquiries related to compliance issues or audits.

Ø Involves Tours and Travelling

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
