**Job Title: Godown Supervisor**
**Location: Ernakulam**
**Shift Timing: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM**
**Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Stock Management**:

- Supervise stock records, ensure proper labelling, and monitor stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

**Load Supervision**:

- Oversee loading/unloading procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Ensure goods are stored and organized for easy retrieval.

**Team Supervision**:

- Manage daily activities of staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Provide training to new staff and address performance issues.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in line with safety regulations.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and report operational issues to management.
- Prepare regular stock and employee performance reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 2-3 years in godown supervision or warehouse management.
**Education**: High school diploma (logistics certification is a plus).
**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Godown Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse management: 2 years (required)
