**Roles and Responsibilities**

Work closely with the Divisional / Area Business & Collection Managers in deployment of manpower as per the
- manpower budget and hiring TAT
- Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Roles as per planned manpower requirement across the functions /
- verticals with 100% SLA compliance
- Handle entire recruitment life cycle for all the approved New positions / Replacements
- Using different recruitment sources like Head Hunting, Cold calling, Social Media Recruitment, Job Portals etc
- Closing the manpower within deadline for all positions across vertical.
- Directly responsible for Headhunting Key talents from other NBFC’s/ Banks for critical roles.- Internal Talent Positing
- Drives the IJP Program across the assigned geography to provide opportunity to internal talent pool.- Role:_Acquisition Manager
