**Job Brief**

We are looking for an Inward Executive to join our company, responsibilities include supporting regular office operations, screening phone calls, inwarding challans, preparing couriers and keeping records of documents, etc. to become successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and managing related works.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Looking towards data entry of challans in software.
- Postage and couriers preparation & tracking.
- Creating challans and bills for dispatch of goods.
- Porter and wefast bookings.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Prepare timely reports.
- Helping other exec. in filling works.

**Requirements and skills**
- Prior work experience as an inward executive, computer operator or similar role.
- Good knowledge of ms. office suite ( especially - ms. word & ms. excel ).
- hands on experience in Erp software or custom software.
- Solid time management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
