**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, agents, and customers on health insurance products, processes, and systems.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip agents with the skills and knowledge to effectively educate customers.
- Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health insurance industry and ensure training programs reflect changes in regulations, policies, and products.
- Respond to questions and provide support to employees, agents, and customers on an ongoing basis.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new products and processes to ensure training is integrated into new initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
