**ROLE**

Be a SPOC to the clients, attend client calls to discuss weekly, monthly and quarterly data analysis.

Perform Audits and presentations using excel knowledge.

Be the innovation champion for the process and team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To build and nurture constructive relationships with the client and internal colleagues from other business areas and to contribute to the team efforts, team meeting etc.

Suggests ways in which systems and procedures can be improved to enhance the business.

Make sure the M&P's up to date based on the feedbacks provided by the clients.

Responsible to track and manage the team's SLA.

Help TL manage escalations from the team including RCA's tracking, data collation and analysis.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Key experience and skills Required Skills for this position:

- Graduate from any stream / Diploma Holder
- PC Literacy - Word and Excel (Basic Level)
- Good technical knowledge of payroll and payroll systems
